Cross-Border E-Commerce Logistics in the Post-COVID Era

Recent years have seen an increase in cross-border e-commerce, which simply refers to the process of buying and selling goods from overseas e-tailers via an online store or platform. As a matter of fact, over a third (37%) of millennials made more than 11 online cross-border purchases last year, with their top reasons being cheaper prices (in comparison to buying domestically) and “having a positive past experience buying from a foreign website.” In line with this growing trend, the International Post Corporation (IPC) conducted a survey of 33,179 online shoppers to learn more about their purchasing habits and shopping frequency.
